At Bedsure® Get Cozy, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure every customer finds their perfect level of comfort with zero risk.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
